Meteorologist George Flickinger Visits Chatham

On December 17, Chief Meteorologist George Flickinger of WSET-TV (ABC 13) in Lynchburg, Virginia visited Chatham High School to speak with a 9th-grade science class. During his visit, he discussed how he uses math in storm chasing and shared insights into weather forecasting. As Chief Meteorologist, he leads weather and severe weather coverage for the station, serving Central and Southside Virginia, including Lynchburg and Roanoke.
